When I think about a film, I always remember an old film called "Guess who´s comming to dinner". Perhaps because it was my first time in a big cinema in Madrid.
I was in a boarding school and a teacher invited me and my classmates to go. It´s a romantic film: A white girl wants to introduce her parents to her boyfriend and so invites him and his parents to have dinner in her house, but the problem is that they are black and they want to get married quickly because he is a doctor and has to go to work in a new city. The boy and the girl´s fathers don´t agree and they have to convince them. There´s a scene betwen the boy´s mother and the girl´s father that I love especially. At the end, love triumphs and everybody is happy. I don´t remember the actress´s name but the boy is Sydney Poitier and the girl´s parents are Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn, who are a couple of wonderful actors. I saw it a long time ago; I think I remember it was in black and white, but I have great memories of it.
